As a Product Designer Fraud & Risk at Plaid, you will join a high-performing team of designers, researchers, and content specialists working with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative experiences powered by Plaid’s extensive network of financial institutions.
Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Ship delightful and easy-to-use experiences for developers.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers from planning through execution.
- Advocate for users and drive user-centered design processes.
- Produce work from wireframes and user flows to pixel perfect prototypes.
- Generate insights from both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Contribute to the design culture through collaboration and feedback.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in creating and shipping digital products.
- High-quality work in wireframes, user flows and prototypes.
- Strong verbal and visual presentation skills.
- Proven collaborative skills to support team vision and planning.
- Ability to tie design decisions to business needs and metrics.
- An exploratory design process that communicates trade-offs.
Compensation
The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $151,200 to $208,800 per year, excluding commissions, equity, and benefits. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
