Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant, Policy & Legal at Plaid, you will enhance the productivity and operational efficiency of our leaders and their teams by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting essential administrative tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support Partnership: Provide executive and administrative support to Policy and Legal teams.
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics.
- Relationship Development: Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, track agendas, and circulate action items.
- Project Management: Execute cross-functional projects including internal communications and event logistics.
- Travel Planning: Arrange and manage complex travel itineraries.
- Team Events: Plan and manage vendor logistics for onsite and team events.
- Financial Administration: Oversee budgets and manage expenses for teams.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level Executives.
- 5+ years experience in administrative or project support, preferably in technology or high-growth environments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Motivated self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Proven ability to build reliable partnerships across teams.
Compensation
The target base salary ranges from $109,200 to $129,600 per year, depending on location and experience. Actual pay may be higher or lower based on factors including skills and relevant experience.
