Role Overview

The Event Marketing Coordinator will manage Plaid's tradeshows and field marketing events. This role involves planning and executing event logistics from booth management to post-event analysis. It is a collaborative role, working closely with Revenue, Product Marketing, Communications, and Design teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end execution of tradeshow programs and field events.
  • Manage logistics including exhibitor deadlines, booth orders, shipping, registrations, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure event success.
  • Oversee lead capture and follow-up processes post-event.
  • Track event budgets and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years in field marketing, tradeshow coordination, or event marketing.
  • Experience managing logistics, vendor communications, and event briefings.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Monday.com, Salesforce, Cvent, or Splash.
  • Ability to travel on-site (approximately 25% travel required).

Compensation & Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $118,800 to $164,400 annually, supplemented by equity and/or commission. Plaid also offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
