Plaid is dedicated to transforming the way people interact with their finances. As a Content Lead at Plaid, you will drive content strategy, oversee editorial operations, and build high-quality integrated content to support demand generation and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Define and scale Plaid’s content strategy.
- Manage and mentor a lean content team and agencies.
- Oversee Plaid’s blog, newsletters, and organic social strategy.
- Ensure voice and tone consistency across channels.
- Collaborate with marketing on launches, campaigns and demand generation.
- Measure content performance and share insights.
Requirements
- 15+ years in content marketing or editorial, preferably in B2B or fintech.
- 8+ years building and managing high-performing content teams.
- Strong editorial judgment and storytelling skills.
- Analytical skills to assess content performance.
- Ability to execute both strategy and hands-on work.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary ranges from $193,200 to $358,800 per year, depending on location (Zone 1 being New York City and San Francisco Bay Area) with additional equity and commission. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), is provided.
