About the Role
To enhance our Digital & Growth Team, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for the Netherlands. This position offers full ownership of the go-to-market execution and online marketing performance for Placetel AI within the Dutch market. Your core mission will be to boost awareness, demand, and growth through strategic digital execution, localized websites, and scalable online marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement the digital go-to-market strategy for Placetel AI in the Netherlands.
- Manage the local website, including content, structure, user experience, and conversion optimization.
- Plan, execute, and refine digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, and email marketing.
- Adapt messaging, value propositions, and content to resonate with the Dutch market.
- Improve performance across the entire digital funnel, from initial engagement to lead or trial conversion.
- Analyze traffic, lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with central teams (product, UX/UI, performance marketing, analytics) and external agencies.
- Support local product launches, feature rollouts, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Ensure strong brand consistency while tailoring efforts to local market demands.
- Employ a data-driven approach, conducting tests and continuously optimizing performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, digital media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or the tech sector.
- Comprehensive marketing skillset encompassing website management, performance marketing, content creation, and analytics.
- A hands-on mentality with a strong focus on execution.
- Proficiency in understanding digital KPIs, conversion optimization, and growth funnels.
- Experience with CMS systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to work autonomously and take full responsibility for a local market.
- Native-level Dutch language proficiency.
- Fluent English; German skills are a plus.
- Comfortable working within an international, rapidly growing SaaS environment.
