Health Coach (Remote)
Placed is seeking a dedicated Health Coach to empower members on their health and well-being journeys. This role focuses on guiding individuals through habit formation using motivational interviewing and structured behavior change techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions via video, phone, or messaging.
- Develop personalized health and wellness plans with members.
