Role Overview

We are looking for an ESL Teacher to instruct English to non-native speakers of various age groups. This role requires a blend of clear teaching methodologies and a patient, encouraging demeanor to foster student confidence in using English.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group English lessons via video conference.
• Plan lessons tailored to specific learner goals, including conversational English, business English, and exam preparation.
• Offer constructive feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
• Monitor student progress through regular assessments and defined milestones.
• Maintain detailed session notes and up-to-date lesson plans.
• Adapt teaching approaches to accommodate diverse age groups, proficiency levels, and cultural backgrounds.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Possession of a TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification.
• A Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• A minimum of 2 years of ESL teaching experience.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
• Proficiency with online teaching platforms and digital educational tools.
• Demonstrated patience, warmth, and a commitment to student success.
