Head of Asset Administration

The position is primarily responsible for managing the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including tracking, recordkeeping, maintenance coordination, depreciation, reconciliation, disposal, and reporting. The position also leads and develops the team, oversees performance and administrative functions, and supports business operations through analysis, recommendations, and active participation in organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Asset Management
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, including tracking, maintenance, and disposal
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any related field
• Willing to travel locally as needed
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to supervise and develop a team
