About the Role
Pivot Parking is actively seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our growing team in Downtown Richmond. This entry-level position is critical in managing our parking facilities and supporting day-to-day operations. The role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily management of facilities and staff scheduling.
- Provide high-level customer service through various communication channels.
- Manage facility tasks including ticket inventory, bank deposits, and reporting.
- Oversee frontline staff and assist in their hiring and training.
- Maintain and repair parking equipment and general facility upkeep.
- Conduct account administration and data-entry for monthly parker accounts.
- Report safety hazards, accidents, and unusual occurrences promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates should have Microsoft Office experience, especially with Excel. A personal vehicle is required. Work may include evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts. Experience in parking is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment are essential. Physical requirements include the ability to stand or sit for long periods and to lift up to 25lbs.
