Job Description
Product Designer at Pitcher
We are looking for a Product Designer who can design thoughtful, pragmatic solutions in a fast-moving environment and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship real value.
The Role
You will design features for a complex B2B platform used daily by enterprise teams worldwide. This role requires strong product thinking, the ability to simplify dense workflows, and a pragmatic approach focused on what can actually be implemented. You will work in short iteration cycles, often refining ideas collaboratively with developers and stakeholders. Comfort working with ambiguity, constraints, and evolving requirements is essential.
What You’ll Do
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and tablet applications
- Translate product requirements into clear flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Simplify complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout implementation
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, technical constraints, and user needs
- Contribute to and evolve our design system
- Create prototypes to communicate interaction patterns
- Support usability improvements and product consistency across features
- Use AI-assisted tools where appropriate to accelerate exploration and iteration
- Balance ideal UX with practical delivery timelines
What We’re Looking For
Must Have:
- 3–5+ years of experience designing digital products
- Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)
- Experience designing complex workflows and multi-step processes
- Ability to work closely with developers and understand technical constraints
- Strong understanding of responsive and cross-device design
- Pragmatic mindset focused on shipping, not perfection
- Fluent English communication skills
Highly Valued:
- Experience with data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, admin tools, analytics)
- Experience working in agile product teams
- Understanding of implementation realities (front-end constraints, performance, etc.)
- Experience designing for multiple user roles (e.g., admin vs end-user)
- Comfort using AI tools as part of the design workflow
- Ability to prioritize effectively in fast-moving environments
Nice to Have:
- Experience in sales tools, CRM, or field-force applications
- Enterprise or large-scale platform experience
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end concepts
- Experience with tablet-first or offline-capable applications
- Exposure to regulated industries (pharma, finance, etc.)
Working Style
- Collaborative, low-ego team player
- Comfortable with rapid iteration and evolving requirements
- Able to make decisions with incomplete information
- Focused on clarity, usability, and real-world impact
Why Join Pitcher?
- Work on a mature product used by global enterprises
- Influence real workflows used daily by thousands of professionals
