Manthey Hospitality is Tampa Bay’s premier operator of passenger vessels, offering upscale dining cruises and water taxis. Pirate Water Taxi is our pirate-themed water taxi fleet in Downtown Tampa, serving 14 stops along the Hillsborough River and Tampa’s waterways.
Role Overview
The Street Team / Ticket Sales Agent is responsible for driving individual ticket sales for Pirate Water Taxi and all Manthey Hospitality brands. The position involves engaging with potential customers in person at various locations across our 14 docks, distributing boarding passes, wristbands, and brochures, and coordinating with on-board managers and crew.
Responsibilities
- Sell tickets for Pirate Water Taxi and partner brands
- Distribute boarding passes and passenger wristbands
- Replenish brochure racks
- Coordinate operations with crew and managers

Requirements
- Open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working outdoors and standing for long periods
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
