About the job
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Transformation Strategy team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping, leading, and executing Piraeus Bank’s transformation agenda, ensuring long-term growth, agility, and competitiveness. You will work closely with Senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, to drive innovation, organizational change, optimize operations, and unlock growth opportunities. This role requires a forward-thinking, creative, and business-oriented leader capable of identifying new opportunities, designing practical solutions, and driving complex transformation programs from concept to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and business transformation initiatives across the Bank from initial idea development through execution and delivery
- Collaborate with functional leaders and business owners to ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with the Bank’s strategic priorities and operational needs
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation through comprehensive market research and internal analysis, and propose well-structured, actionable initiatives that address organizational challenges and drive value
- Manage and oversee transformation projects, ensuring effective planning, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and timely execution of project deliverables
- Develop robust business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and impact assessments to support informed decision-making for proposed initiatives
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic and transformation initiatives and recommend improvements as needed
Qualifications
- MBA or MSc in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, or innovation roles in the Financial Services industry
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong critical and creative thinking
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and design thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
