About the Role
Piper Companies is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for a community-based primary care organization. The Senior Software Engineer will help promote and execute a primary care model that produces measurable outcomes across different platforms. This role is fully remote with occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Design core platform services, applications, and artificial intelligence workflows with a primary focus on performance and reliability.
- Apply AI tools for generating code, specific testing, and automation to strengthen delivery quality and speed.
- Contribute to greenfield architecture, service boundaries, infrastructure directions, and technology choices.
- Apply and practice secure coding and improve SDLC processes, CI/CD, and performance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar fields.
- 5+ years of experience creating and manufacturing scalable, performance systems across multiple channels.
- Fully Remote with occasional travel.
- Experience using AI for daily workflow, along with proficiency in React, Node, Postgres, and AWS.
- Must be comfortable with system designs and live coding.
Compensation
- $170,000-$180,000
- 10% bonus
- $1,000 home office stipend with provided equipment
