Senior Software Engineer
A rapidly growing healthcare technology organization is seeking a Remote Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale a modern platform that supports innovative care delivery and operational excellence. This Senior Software Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing full-stack applications while influencing technical architecture, engineering best practices, and the adoption of AI-driven development workflows. Responsibilities of the Senior Software Engineer:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS technologies.
- Drive architectural decisions across web, mobile, backend, and AI-enabled solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools, including Claude and other automation technologies, to accelerate software delivery, testing, and development workflows.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define requirements, improve user experiences, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to system design, code reviews, CI/CD improvements, security initiatives, and engineering best practices across the organization.
Qualifications of the Senior Software Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or another engineering-focused discipline required.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience; candidates with 10+ years of experience are highly preferred.
- Strong full-stack development experience with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS in production environments.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $170,000-$180,000 base
