About the Role
Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager Healthcare to support program operations, reporting accuracy, project coordination, and process improvement efforts for a leading organization in the healthcare insurance industry. This role serves as a cross-functional partner, supporting both project management and business systems analysis activities to ensure accurate reporting, timely program execution, and effective stakeholder collaboration. This is a remote contract opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage smaller programs or phases of larger initiatives, ensuring alignment with established goals, schedules, and deliverables.
- Review and validate reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to organizational guidelines.
- Prepare operational reports, outcome summaries, presentations, and documentation for leadership review.
- Recommend or implement program and process changes to improve performance and drive objectives.
- Assist with budget-related tasks, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring alignment with spending plans.
- Manage vendors and administer program-related contracts to ensure service-level agreement compliance.
- Support file management, documentation control, and structured reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate complex reporting and ensure data accuracy.
- Experience supporting operational programs, coordinating multi-team efforts, or managing structured workflows.
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams and work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, validation, and data organization.
Compensation
Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000. Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, holidays, and sick leave as required by law.
