About the Role: Clinical Research Associate
Piper Companies is actively seeking a Clinical Research Associate to contribute to Phase I oncology clinical trials, specifically focusing on solid and liquid tumors. In this remote position, you will collaborate closely with investigative sites and internal study teams, ensuring all studies strictly adhere to GCP and ICH guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of clinical research integrity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, ensuring full compliance with GCP and ICH guidelines.
- Provide crucial support to investigative sites through effective protocol training, consistent communication, and vigilant oversight of recruitment plans.
- Diligently monitor regulatory submissions, patient enrollment, data quality, and overall study progress, promptly escalating any identified issues.
- Accurately maintain essential documentation within the Trial Master File (TMF) and Investigator Site File (ISF), manage site financial processes, and ensure timely collection of required invoices.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field is preferred.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of recent onsite monitoring experience specifically within Oncology, with required expertise in Phase I solid or liquid tumors.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines, complemented by hands-on experience with oncology protocols.
- Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills, coupled with the ability to effectively manage multiple investigative sites simultaneously.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a competitive annual salary of $115,000-$135,000. Piper Companies provides a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and generous PTO. Paid holidays and sick leave are also provided as required by law. This is a fully remote position.
