Role Overview

The Staff Product Manager Trends & Insights will lead Agency Product Innovation. This strategic role involves defining and executing the product vision and roadmap for Pinterest Trends & Insights, spanning planning, buying, and measurement to drive top-line growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute the product vision and long-term roadmap for Pinterest Trends & Insights (e.g., trends.pinterest.com, partner APIs, in-product analytics).
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to leverage AI for emerging trends and user behavior insights.
  • Champion AI-driven methodologies like LLMs, RAG, and forecasting models to enhance product impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, go-to-market, and research groups.
  • Use user research, usability testing, and data analysis to iterate concepts with measurable impact.
  • Evangelize the Trends & Insights vision internally and externally, aligning executive leadership and key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of product management experience in analytics, trends, or insights platforms.
  • Proven experience with AI-driven products, data science or machine learning solutions.
  • Strong partnership skills with technical teams for AI-first feature development.
  • Experience with API products and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Additional Information

This position is US based and requires in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter, allowing flexibility across the country. Note that relocation assistance is not provided.
