Role Overview
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager at Pinterest, you will help define the future of Pinterest Support. You will be the driving force behind building new systems and tools that enhance the support experience for a diverse customer base. This role requires hands-on involvement, analytical skills, and a robust background in omnichannel support systems.
What You’ll Do
- Define and enact omnichannel support strategy, including live chat, phone support, and custom portals.
- Improve operational efficiency by enhancing customer experience and automation.
- Own the product vision, developing short and long-term roadmaps for internal teams and external partners.
- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Champion privacy, security compliance, and data governance in support operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in a technology management role (TPM, product manager, etc.).
- 4+ years working with support infrastructure and large scale omnichannel systems.
- Strong technical judgment with the ability to quickly ramp up on diverse technologies.
- Proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with CX principles, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) and Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in tools like Jira for managing workflows and progress.
- Experience interacting with enterprise-level clients and executive stakeholders.
Additional Information
This position is for US based applicants only. It is not eligible for relocation assistance and follows a flexible in-office/hybrid work arrangement as per the PinFlex model.
