Team Overview

The Sales Productivity team delivers time-saving solutions for sellers, from SMBs to Enterprise, by automating and streamlining tools that help grow revenue. The team continually evolves products to meet diverse sales needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Expand our Media Planning tooling suite with automation and AI.
  • Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for key features.
  • Develop deep understanding of media planning workflows and pain points.
  • Translate insights into product requirements for cross-functional teams.
  • Secure resources and align internal stakeholders with roadmap vision.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in ads environments with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
  • Media planning experience is a plus; ads experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Additional Information

This position is US based and does not offer relocation assistance. The role requires in-office collaboration 1-2 times per quarter, making it hybrid. The base salary range is provided and the role is also eligible for equity.
