Role Overview
The Product Strategy Lead role is a first of its kind on a newly formed, high-impact team. You will work closely with senior leadership across the company as a strategic thought partner on cross-company Shopping strategy, driving new product and business opportunities in a dynamic environment that bridges technology and retail.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (PM, Sales, BD, PMM, Engineering) to drive strategy.
- Develop, scope, and execute key analyses that drive decision making.
- Gather, extract, and compile data using tools like SQL.
- Synthesize large data sets into clear narratives with actionable insights.
- Present insights and recommendations to executive teams and other stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of strategy and analytics experience influencing product or business outcomes.
- Ability to synthesize insights into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
- Strong business acumen in digital advertising and retail ecosystems.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to shape strategy.
- Curiosity, collaboration, and influence in a matrixed organization.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to both strategize big picture and dive deep.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Additional Information
This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. It requires in-person collaboration in the office up to 3 times per quarter and can be based anywhere in the country.
