Role Overview
As a Lead Client Partner, you will serve as a strategic visionary responsible for cultivating strong relationships with Pinterest’s largest enterprise partnerships. Leverage your expertise in full-funnel advertising sales to drive growth, meet performance targets, and foster client success in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Vision and Partnership Building: Develop full-funnel sales strategies, nurture relationships with C-suite and agency stakeholders, and drive revenue growth through strategic business planning.
- Product Expertise and Market Influence: Act as a product expert on Pinterest's ad offerings, tailor media strategies based on industry trends, and drive adoption of performance media solutions.
- Internal and External Collaboration: Lead negotiations, develop joint business plans, and mobilize cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges.
- Champion Pinterest’s Value: Showcase impactful ad metrics and identify opportunities for incremental growth to expand client partnerships.
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years in digital ad sales with experience across industries such as Telco, QSR, Entertainment, and Government.
- Expertise in full-funnel advertising, digital ad solutions, and media measurement.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term growth and client value.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence, capable of engaging senior executives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
Work Location & Collaboration
This role requires in-person collaboration 2-3 times per week at the Pinterest office in Toronto (85 Richmond St. W) as well as visits to clients’ offices.
