Position Overview

This Finance Transformation Manager role focuses on end‑to‑end project management supporting Revenue Controllership. You will drive key revenue initiatives within Order to Cash, aligning business needs with technical execution to generate measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own project lifecycle for revenue initiatives from intake to launch.
  • Define problem statements and document clear, testable requirements.
  • Map current and future state processes with impacted systems and data flows.
  • Review IT design solutions, align scope and timelines.
  • Lead UAT planning, change management, training, and launch communications.
  • Build project metrics for tracking benefits and outcomes over time.
  • Collaborate with Revenue, RevOps, IT/FinSys, Sales, Product, Legal, Marketing, FP&A, and Internal Audit.
  • Monitor system health and lead retrospectives for continuous improvement.
  • Support in-house data analytics build-out and adhoc data requests.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years leading end‑to‑end revenue / Order to Cash transformations.
  • Hands‑on SQL experience for data validation and reporting.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and test cases.
  • Experience in UAT planning, change management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or data analytics.

Additional Information

This role is US-based with occasional in-office collaboration (1-2 times/month). Please note that relocation assistance is not provided.
