Job Overview
The Business Development Lead GenAI Partnerships is responsible for developing partner strategies, sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing strategic partnerships in the generative AI space. Working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will drive growth and engagement on Pinterest.
What You’ll Do
- Lead partner strategy for generative AI and analyze industry trends.
- Identify and build business cases for new partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate complex deals and coordinate execution across teams.
- Build relationships with leaders in emerging and established generative AI companies.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and marketing teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years in business development.
- Experience leading complex deals in consumer technology.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional senior executives in a dynamic environment.
Additional Information
This position is for US-based applicants and requires occasional in-person office collaboration 1-2 times per half.
