Role Overview

The Strategy and Operations Lead, Trust and Safety will manage and execute multiple dynamic programs, with a primary focus on Adult Content programs. The role requires effective oversight, process management, and clear executive communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive capacity processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage ad-hoc initiatives and automate workflows to address evolving business needs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation and analysis reports.
• Provide clear executive communications on status, issues, and resolutions.
• Adapt quickly to changes and build frameworks to manage capacity and escalation challenges.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in program and operations management, preferably in Trust & Safety or content moderation.
• Proven track record in driving impact and engaging stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and consensus-building skills.
• Experience with capacity planning, workflows, and labeling is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Additional Details

This role is US-based and offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office collaboration 1-2 times per half. Applicants should note that relocation assistance is not provided.
