Key Responsibilities of a Senior Sales Quality Analyst
- Utilize best practices and tools to ensure high standards of service in customer interactions.
- Monitor interactions across various lines of business for quality engagement and compliance.
- Implement mechanisms to track and ensure adherence to quality process requirements.
- Drive projects to identify opportunities for improving processes, tools, and training.
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations to ensure accountability in quality programs.
Qualifications We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, Management Consulting, or Program Management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of launching quality projects that enhance team productivity and customer outcomes.
- Ability to quickly understand business priorities and derive insights from data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.

- Experience with Gong and/or Salesforce.
- Project management or industry certifications, such as COPC or PMP.
