What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze fraud and risky user behavior patterns to identify loss drivers.
• Conduct thorough fraud investigations and deep dives into alerts and emerging trends.
• Support the review, tuning, and modification of fraud rules and policies using data analysis.
• Assist with testing new features and pilots by diligently tracking metrics and outcomes.
• Clearly document all findings for seamless action and collaboration with senior analysts and operational teams.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in fraud analysis, risk operations, or a closely related field.
• Solid working knowledge of various fraud typologies, including payments fraud and identity fraud.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL for efficient data querying and trend validation.
• Practical experience utilizing dashboards or reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
