What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop, test, and deploy standard reports and dashboards based on business requirements
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and key business users to document business requirements accurately
- Incorporate data from multiple sources for evaluations, including hospital and physician billing systems
- Lead and participate in special projects requiring research and analysis
- Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to revenue cycle metrics for denials management and cash forecasting
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a finance or related field
- 3+ years of related managed healthcare or insurance operations experience
- Epic Revenue Data Model (Clarity) Certification
- Excellent understanding of hospital and professional billing data
- Demonstrated expertise with SQL, Crystal Reports, and Tableau

- Master's Degree in Business, Public Health, or related field
- Experience with relational database concepts, data modeling, and OLAP technologies
