What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead site feasibility assessments, including zoning, access logistics, and environmental constraints
- Manage due diligence activities across multiple sites, coordinating internal teams and external consultants
- Develop permitting and entitlement strategies while working with local jurisdictions and regulatory agencies
- Build and manage project budgets and schedules, leading cost estimating and pricing reviews
- Act as the central liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in real estate or infrastructure project management, focusing on preconstruction
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong estimating and budgeting skills, with experience in building cost models and schedules
- Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, and local electrical codes for commercial and industrial facilities
