What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support the implementation of customer experience change initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Develop and update learning materials using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Produce, edit, and deliver engaging video content for internal campaigns and training
- Maintain content updates of internal communication platforms and manage content calendars
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance change management initiatives and communication strategies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 2+ years of experience in change management, instructional design, video production, or related fields
- Experience producing video demos and visual assets for technology communications
- Knowledge of instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theory
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience developing digital and instructor-led learning content
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or similar)
- Experience with eLearning development tools such as Articulate
- Familiarity with content management platforms and internal communication tools
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
