What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Support the implementation of customer experience change initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and update learning materials using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Produce, edit, and deliver engaging video content for internal campaigns and training
  • Maintain content updates of internal communication platforms and manage content calendars
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance change management initiatives and communication strategies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 2+ years of experience in change management, instructional design, video production, or related fields
  • Experience producing video demos and visual assets for technology communications
  • Knowledge of instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theory
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience developing digital and instructor-led learning content

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or similar)
  • Experience with eLearning development tools such as Articulate
  • Familiarity with content management platforms and internal communication tools
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
