What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Monitor, refine, and develop credit strategies for personal loans, including underwriting and loan amounts
- Create and analyze champion/challenger tests to inform future strategies
- Provide scenario analysis and develop new strategy test cases
- Perform ad-hoc analytics and create reporting and presentations
- Collaborate across functional areas to drive growth and improve web funnel conversion rates
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience in a similar analytical role
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative major; Master's degree is a plus
- Proficiency in Python or similar, SQL, and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of modeling tools and techniques and their use in strategy
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, along with critical thinking and interpersonal skills
