What To Expect: Job Responsibilities
- Lead engaging workshops to conduct current-state process analysis and develop optimized future-state workflows, primarily leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories, ensuring seamless integration with ServiceNow best practices.
- Provide expert process consultation, guiding stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Actively support development and testing phases, collaborating closely with technical teams and orchestrating effective user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare comprehensive process documentation and customer-facing deliverables to ensure clarity, consistency, and widespread adoption of designed solutions.
What Is Required: Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Over 10 years of robust experience in business analysis, process consulting, or direct ServiceNow platform implementation.
- Demonstrated strong expertise in various ServiceNow workflows, including ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM.
- Proven track record of successfully leading client workshops and translating intricate requirements into precise functional specifications and user stories.
