What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze business requirements and determine appropriate tools and approaches for technology applications.
• Develop insights from data analysis to inform business strategy and decision-making.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; OR 5+ years of progressive experience in financial services, insurance, or data analytics.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience required.
• Proven success in business requirements gathering and documentation for technology direction.
• Client-facing experience is required.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the year.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of business key performance indicators (KPIs) in the risk, insurance, and claims industry.
• Experience in the commercial insurance industry and regulatory environment.
• Project management experience managing business projects from inception to implementation.
• Understanding of Agile project management and development processes.
• ISO knowledge and experience is highly preferred.
