What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses and advise stakeholders on system capabilities and possible solutions
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test case creation and defect tracking
  • Serve as a liaison between HR stakeholders and the IT development team
  • Prepare and maintain training materials, job aids, and enablement sessions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience, including at least 3 years as a business analyst supporting HR technology in a complex global organization
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Hands-on experience with supporting solution builds within Workday HCM across core modules
  • Demonstrated ability to write functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IT development teams
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes across the employee life cycle

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with ServiceNow HRSD is a plus
  • Workflow process design experience using flowchart software such as Visio or Figma
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
