What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and advise stakeholders on system capabilities and possible solutions
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test case creation and defect tracking
- Serve as a liaison between HR stakeholders and the IT development team
- Prepare and maintain training materials, job aids, and enablement sessions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience, including at least 3 years as a business analyst supporting HR technology in a complex global organization
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Hands-on experience with supporting solution builds within Workday HCM across core modules
- Demonstrated ability to write functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IT development teams
- Strong understanding of HR business processes across the employee life cycle
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD is a plus
- Workflow process design experience using flowchart software such as Visio or Figma
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
