What You Will Be Doing (Job Responsibilities)
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring their effectiveness and adherence to Agile principles.
- Coach development teams on core Scrum principles, Agile values, and continuous improvement practices to enhance team performance and delivery.
- Actively work to identify and remove impediments, and manage dependencies that may hinder team progress.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to support backlog refinement, ensuring user stories are well-defined and teams are prepared for upcoming sprints.
- Develop and maintain Jira dashboards and comprehensive reports, providing clear and actionable delivery insights for leadership and stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master within Agile teams.
- Possession of a recognized Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I, or an equivalent).
- Practical experience in administering Jira in an Agile development context.
- A strong foundational understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and effective team facilitation techniques.
- Demonstrated excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

- Experience in supporting multiple teams or cross-functional teams simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Kanban or other hybrid Agile methodologies.
