Key Responsibilities of a Scrum Master I
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate essential Agile ceremonies, promoting continuous improvement and consistent value delivery across the team.
- Guide the team in proactive identification and resolution of dependencies and risks during critical planning sessions.
- Provide robust support to the Product Owner in managing the team's backlog and contributing to product discovery processes.
- Champion the adoption and utilization of Agile metrics to continuously track team performance and enhance overall quality.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Project Management and various Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
- Demonstrated experience in managing SaaS product development or overseeing large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and teams effectively without direct authority.
- Proficiency in leading Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
Preferred Qualifications to Stand Out
- Possession of a PSM I or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
- A track record of successful leadership in Agile transitions and fostering strong collaboration within cross-functional teams.
