What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Conduct workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to document business requirements and investigative workflows
- Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to design cohesive solutions that address client challenges
- Develop functional specifications for system configuration and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Prepare and deliver training sessions, user guides, and process documentation for client teams
- Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and share best practices
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- MSc or similar in Finance, Information Systems, Risk Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fraud risk, business analysis, or operations within financial services or fintech
- Strong understanding of fraud detection methodologies and risk analysis
- Proficiency with data querying tools (e.g., SQL) and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops
