What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assist in the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program and update related procedures.
- Facilitate quarterly risk meetings with business lines to identify and document emerging risks.
- Conduct product/services risk assessments and manage 120-day reviews.
- Coordinate the timely submission of key risk management reports for the Risk and Oversight Committee (ROC).
- Provide support and troubleshooting for the ERM tracking system, including system testing and dashboard maintenance.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in risk management, audit, or financial data analysis within a banking environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
