What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, emails, texts, and schedule appointments for providers
- Schedule new patient appointments and verify insurance benefits
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providers, and team members
- Coordinate between scheduling, billing, and clinical staff
- Send out new patient paperwork through the portal
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- At least 1 year of experience in professional phone scheduling or Receptionist duties
- Experience with customer service and comfortable with phone answering
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in work
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and compassion
- Desire to grow with the company for a longer-term career
