What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Participate in requirements gathering and develop test strategies and plans.
- Create, review, and execute test cases efficiently while defining test data.
- Communicate and track defects, ensuring product changes meet specifications.
- Provide timely feedback on quality results to stakeholders and perform test status reporting.
- Mentor QA testers and act as a subject matter expert on assigned projects.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of four years' experience in IT QA.
- Proficiency in testing tools, specifically Azure DevOps (2+ years) and SQL (2+ years).
- Experience with automation tools and architecture (Tosca) (2+ years).
- Understanding of major testing types, including system/integration, regression, and error testing (2+ years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- BS/BA degree preferred.
- Experience leading changes in QA processes and practices.
- Familiarity with data integrity testing using SQL (1+ year).
