What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Deliver outstanding account management and maintain high standards of client satisfaction
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and goals
• Coordinate meeting details with client stakeholders and ensure accuracy in Salesforce
• Proactively identify and address technology issues, providing tailored solutions for seamless meetings
• Manage, mentor, and train technicians to ensure they fulfill their responsibilities effectively

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience
• Minimum of three (3) years in a client-facing role with project coordination or service delivery
• Experience managing teams delivering on-site, hybrid, and virtual meetings
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Salesforce experience preferred
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS
• Experience in leading teams within a matrix environment
• Comfortable speaking to clients and establishing relationships with third parties/vendors
• Strong facilitation and coordination skills
