What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, specifically in data analysis, ERP systems, and software integrations.
• Develop and implement robust governance structures to empower teams and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage program status reporting and executive governance, providing clear and transparent access to progress, risks, and mitigations.
• Define product and operational standards, meticulously tracking key performance indicators related to data quality and integration reliability.
• Facilitate critical budget reviews and sessions to ensure precise alignment between technical workstreams and overarching business goals.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in Program/Project Management, specifically for enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Proven success in the end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics, ERP (Workday), and complex application integration projects.
• Expert-level knowledge of Agile, Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), and Waterfall methodologies; PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification is required.
• Demonstrated experience in consumer-facing application delivery, with a keen focus on enhancing the end-user experience.
• Strong negotiation and influence skills, coupled with the ability to drive crucial decisions effectively even without direct authority.

• Outstanding slide deck preparation and professional presentation skills.
