What To Expect

As an Organizational Change Manager/Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in assessing and improving business processes within client organizations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assess and document existing business processes using BPI methodologies.
• Conduct data and process analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies, including Business Process and Workflow diagrams.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on process changes to ensure successful adoption.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency across client organizations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects within the last ten (10) years.
• At least three (3) years of experience in business systems analysis and design within the last ten (10) years.
• Bachelor's Degree; additional qualifying experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• Five (5) years of experience supporting organizational change tied to IT system implementations within the last ten (10) years.
• Current Prosci Organizational Change Management Certification (not substitutable).

Preferred Qualifications to Stand Out

• Background in business process mapping, future-state design, and stakeholder engagement within the last ten (10) years.
• Experience working with licensing, enforcement, compliance, or regulatory staff within the last ten (10) years.
• Ability to translate technical changes into operational impacts for end users within the last ten (10) years.
