We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Hospitality Customer Service - Hotel Reservations. In this fully remote role, you will assist clients with selecting, booking, and managing hotel stays, ensuring their travel plans are seamless and stress-free. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their hotel needs, preferences, and budgets
- Provide accurate information about hotel options, pricing, and amenities
- Assist clients with making and managing reservations
