What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide field leadership across multiple active industrial projects
- Ensure all coating equipment is mobilized, operational, and job-ready
- Support foremen and field crews with daily execution planning
- Verify compliance with project specifications and coating procedures
- Oversee surface preparation and multi-coat system applications
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 5 years of industrial coating experience
- NACE Level 1 (AMPP CIP Level 1) certification required
- Extensive experience in refineries, chemical plants, processing facilities, or heavy industrial environments
- Strong working knowledge of surface preparation standards and multi-coat protective coating systems
- Proven leadership experience supervising field crews
