What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, manual and automated test scripts, and test cases based on project requirements.
- Perform system, integration, functional, data validation, and performance testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Utilize test automation tools and scripts to streamline testing processes.
- Document detailed test plans and report test results and defects using various test management tools.
- Proactively communicate status, raise issues, and provide timely updates through regular meetings.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology or engineering-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of extensive software testing experience.
- Expert knowledge of quality assurance processes and diverse testing methodologies.
- Advanced understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project life cycle principles.
- Proven experience with test management tools and a strong understanding of test automation concepts.
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Possession of a QA professional certification (e.g., ISTQB, QAI).
- Some prior business analysis experience.
