What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Engage with members via phone and email, delivering empathetic and highly effective support.
- Actively listen to members' needs and provide customized solutions to foster their financial well-being.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to exchange knowledge and implement best practices.
- Accurately document all member interactions and activities for precise record-keeping.
- Support members with their onboarding process and the setup of new accounts.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- A minimum of 1 year of proven Customer Service experience, ideally within a call center or retail environment.
- Possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Availability for an 8-hour shift, scheduled between 6 am and 8 pm.
- A consistently people-focused approach, combined with a strong solution-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls.
