What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Engage with members via phone and email, delivering empathetic and highly effective support.
  • Actively listen to members' needs and provide customized solutions to foster their financial well-being.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members to exchange knowledge and implement best practices.
  • Accurately document all member interactions and activities for precise record-keeping.
  • Support members with their onboarding process and the setup of new accounts.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • A minimum of 1 year of proven Customer Service experience, ideally within a call center or retail environment.
  • Possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Availability for an 8-hour shift, scheduled between 6 am and 8 pm.
  • A consistently people-focused approach, combined with a strong solution-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls.
