About the Business Program Manager Practice Development Role

Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years in financial services, particularly in Career Agency Distribution. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required along with proven expertise in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, strong stakeholder engagement, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in process improvement methodologies
- Experience leading Lean initiatives or Kaizen events
- Background in coaching and developing advisors within an agency setting
