Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance productivity strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Establish strategy, success measures, and priorities to drive new organizational productivity.
  • Support the evolution of team structures and productivity tracking within the employer.
  • Serve as a key partner in Financial Professional-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

Required: Minimum of 10+ years in financial services with 5+ years in Career Agency Distribution systems, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), proven leadership in complex initiatives, strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred: Experience with process improvement methodologies, familiarity with Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, or cross-functional process improvement projects, and an innovative mindset with proven impactful outcomes.
