What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead the collection and management of user needs, translating them into technical requirements
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to create product and portfolio roadmaps
- Collaborate with stakeholders to decompose large epics into features and user stories
- Assist in the use of JIRA for tracking work across multiple product teams
- Write test plans and conduct various types of testing, including functional and usability testing
What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience as a business analyst for the federal government
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com and its data structure
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and analysis
