Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a dedicated servant-leader for an Agile team, rigorously ensuring adherence to Agile Scrum practices and principles.
  • Coach and mentor the team in the effective implementation of the Agile Scrum framework, fostering an environment of transparency and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with the product owner to strategically manage product delivery timelines and maintain a well-prioritized backlog.
  • Efficiently facilitate all Scrum events to guarantee that team objectives are consistently met.
  • Lead critical process development initiatives and meticulously create detailed user stories for seamless technical implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Possess a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification with 3+ years of in-role experience.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills, coupled with proven experience managing Scrum teams independently.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for clear and effective team interaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAFe certification, indicating advanced understanding of scaled Agile frameworks.
  • A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT delivery practices.
  • Familiarity with AWS GovCloud infrastructure and data flows.
